You could try re-request the confirmation email loggin in you Account Panel (x10hosting.com/panel.php), if you've registered a wrong email, you can try sing up again
it is actually possible that the cause of the problem is that hotmail thinks x10hosting is spaming and thus blocks them. You're not the first to have problems using an hotmail address.
