confirmation E-mail not working

Hi I have sign for x10hosting, but when I click the confirmation e-mail:

It says that there is an Error in the confirmation code.
I have done the resending confirmation e-mail, but same thing happens.

Did you try copying and pasting the URL directly into your browser's address bar?

Also, as a side note, none of us can see the picture because you saved it locally. You'll have to upload it to the internet so other people outside of your computer can see it.

from just copying the code and the link and typing it by hand.

Is there a way to redo the whole process again with the same E-mail?

If your account is not activated within a particular amount of time, your request expires and you are able to sign up again with the same email address.

I think there's a way for Account Managers to manually activate your account though, or manually remove your pending request so you can sign up again.
