Hi, I appreciate you're probably overwhlemed with messages since the beginning of the migration issue but I host a site for a supporters group and am getting contacted a number of times a day because they can't get access to update the site.

Can see the site online okay but when trying to access the login.php page just getting a HTTP 500 error, same for a couple of weeks now at least.

Can you confirm it it still due to the migration process and that we just have to wait ? I've read other posts and there seems to be some issues that are down to migration delays but others due to different problems.

Thinks I'm on X11 but not entirely sure.

Anyone got any ideas if and when we'll be able to get into the backend of our sites to update ?

Am on x11, website works for anyone wanting to look at pages but as soon as I try to access login page getting error page as above - not a lot of point going to the site for visitors as information out of date !!

And keep getting messages saying my inode count is over the limit (whatever that means !!)

Inodes are the count of every file and folder of your account, that lncludes emails as well. So if you are over on that you do have too many files/folder simply put, in your case nearly a 1000 files/folders above the limit.

I'd also like to advice you to the fact that there is a size limit for personal galleries as per our ToS set for 500 mb for images and videos.

Thanks for getting back to me. I will tell users to delete files, any idea when they'll be able to access the back end to remove files and update site ?
