Connect to FTP failed

Hi I am trying to connect through FileZilla and seems that my password is incorrect or something else is causing the connection to fail.
I am using my account password which is the only password I gave. When trying to reset the password the save changes button seems to not work. If you can please help me with this.

Hi cahngrap,

Please ensure you are using your main domain (the .x10.mx one) as the FTP host and 21 as the FTP port. You should also use 'cahngrap' as your FTP username.
