connect to mysql databases w/o cpanel(ssh, mysql cli)

hey. i just wanted to know how i can remote connect to my mysql databases through cli means( ssh ,mysql cli client) or any other means.it seems that the traditional mysql client has not been fowarded. can someone please explain to me how i would connect the the database in other ways?

You can not connect to x10's MYSQL services remotely.
