Connection Timed Out

I came to school to work on my web project and I cannot login the my cpanel here. After typing in password and clicking "Open CPanel" it sits there and finishes by saying the Connection Timed Out.

I've tried emptying my cache and flushing my dns, but no success. I tried logging into FTP with no success as well.

Any idea if this is something I can fix, or is something wrong at x10hosting?

Hi,

Many schools and workplaces block port 2083, which is what cPanel runs on. If your website is loading fine but cPanel isn't, I would definitely recommend checking this with your IT department if possible.
