Hi how do I convert my free account to a paid account and what is the cost ?

Note that the price on the frontpage of that site is the cost per month if you buy and pay for 3 years at once, if you wanna pay monthly the cost is $6.95 per month. There's a couple options in between as well.

To convert your current free hosting account you'll need to buy and activate the premium plan first, then request the transfer by submitting a ticket in the priority support you'll get access to after buying premium.

One last thing. Is there a issue with my account as over the last 2 months its been down 95% of the time? Just times out. I know its a free account but I would at least expect it to be up some times.
