How is my website suspended for a false Copyright DMCA claim? I have used the artist images in compliance with copyright law by using them for Identification purposes only. Please let me know how I can return my web hosting to operational as I am pretty sure a Record Label did not make this copyright claim.

You are correct, it was not a record label.

It was from the owner of the site(s) who's layout you did copy. So the claim was regarding: photo, layout and design.
