Cossacks down? or only my site?

My site didn't have any technical problems, it's not unsuspended and I think it's the problem with the server.

Site is down from couple of hours, more than couple of hours if I am not wrong.
When it is going to get resolved?

My site the same, cossacks always down, very unreliable. I want to change serve if possible.

When it is back up it will be announced.

Right now it is the safer choice to keep apache off, to avoid corruption of files and to make transferring them run a little smoother and faster then they would if apache was turned on and the server had to process webpages as well.
