Cossacks users are currently been moved. Please be patient and try again tomorrow. I advise you back up everything on your website (databases, files etc)

Im sick and tired of x10's BS. Everytime I look around there is an issue with this an issue with that. I am sick of it. I so close to switching hosting companies...but x10 is the best free one.

With 50,000+ accounts per server cpanel and apache are overloaded and they are currently working on a solution for this as stated in...

While cPanel is overloaded with the current amount of accounts per server, please get your facts straight. Cossacks has less than 7000 accounts, which is a huge amount. But it is not 50K+.

None of the servers have 50K+ accounts.

They all have a fairly high number, but not near that many.

Is there a basic guide on how to make a backup of one's account without getting yourself suspended (high resource usage)?

FTP is easy enough, but what about WordPress?

FTP is easy enough, but what about WordPress?

Go to cPanel File Manager.

Select your public_html folder and compress it (in the toolbar). Download the compressed file. This is your files backup.

Go to phpMyAdmin in cPanel.

Select the appropriate database. Then click on the Export tab. Scroll down and choose save as file --> Go. This is your database backup.

Thanks! I'll try that in a bit as right now I can only log into my account management panel and not cPanel.
