Due to the number of accounts on each server, its very difficult to give an estimate to when server transfers can be completed. My recommendation would be just to try to be patient.

Last two moves they "lost" accounts and members without their own backups were out of luck.

Im sick and tired of x10's BS. Everytime I look around there is an issue with this an issue with that. I am sick of it. I so close to switching hosting companies...but x10 is the best free one.

With 50,000+ accounts per server cpanel and apache are overloaded and they are currently working on a solution for this as stated in...

While cPanel is overloaded with the current amount of accounts per server, please get your facts straight. Cossacks has less than 7000 accounts, which is a huge amount. But it is not 50K+.

None of the servers have 50K+ accounts.

They all have a fairly high number, but not near that many.

FTP is easy enough, but what about WordPress?

Go to cPanel File Manager.

Select your public_html folder and compress it (in the toolbar). Download the compressed file. This is your files backup.

Go to phpMyAdmin in cPanel.

Select the appropriate database. Then click on the Export tab. Scroll down and choose save as file --> Go. This is your database backup.
