Country Blocked

Hi my username is soulr344 here and am using free hosting. My country seems to be blocked. Can an admin please remove the restriction? Thanks.

normally staff cannot remove country blocks but can make exceptions now and then.
staff will need to check this for you but it could be a while before staff sees your post.
i looked but could see any blocks but i do not have that access to unblock country blocks.

Can you please provide the error code that you receive when being told your country is blocked?
