If not for the fact that the account was created after the country was blocked we could absolutely have set an exception.

Bypassing the block by any means is not something we allow so you will not gain access to your account at this time.

I just applied directly, and I was able to access it at the beginning. I even uploaded the file, and then it was suddenly blocked.
