cPanal offline

Hi,

I just logged in to my cPanel, and while browsing, I got the error "can't established connection with the server".

On the Account Management Panel, it is indicated that the cPanel is offline.
Can anyone explain to me what is happening to my cPanel? Otherwise, everything else is working fine.

My username is "fehmida_aysha".
