cPanel 500 Internal Server Error

Hi, I am unable to access the control panel as attempting to login fails with the following message:

I seem to be having a similar problem. I can log in at https://x10hosting.com/sso/index.php/main and it then redirects me to another page. That page however doesn't load anything and I see that it's got a 500 response.

Here's part of chrome shows me in the network tab:

1. Remote Address: 198.91.81.3:2083
2. Request URL: https://xo3.x10hosting.com:2083/cpsess5136553342/frontend/basic/index.live.php
3. Request Method: GET
4. Status Code: 500 Internal Server Error

Hi dillonch,

Your account was set to use our x10Hosting Basic control panel, and your account had exceeded its current disk quota of 1GB. There is currently an issue in our x10Hosting Basic theme that causes this error when the disk quota has been exceeded.

I've forcefully changed your account so that it uses the standard cPanel x3 theme, so you can access your control panel.

If you wish to use the x10Hosting Basic control panel, please bring your account's disk usage below the disk limit before switching back.
