Cpanel access

I tried several times to connect on my cpanel, but it didn't work. I have to create a mysql database. How can I create this whithout using the cpanel.

yes, of course. but the link don't work. my web browser tell me that the link doesn't exist. I have tried this link with different web browser (IE, Mozilla firefox, Konqueror, Opera) and with different connexion (at Home and at work), but it didn't work.

Works fine for me, try restarting your router and flushing your DNS cache.
