can anyone tell me the cpanel address for chopin please?

Typically the address to cPanel for all of the servers goes by http://yoursiteaddressgoeshere:2082 or by http://servername.x10hosting.com:2082. You can access chopin's cPanel by using http://chopin.x10hosting.com:2082 or your website address with port 2082 in the end of it.

Alternatively, if you prefer HTTPS SSL Encryption, use port 2083 and https instead, so Chopin would be https://chopin.x10hosting.com:2083 or https://yoursiteaddresshere:2083

I would go with

http://yourdomain.x10hosting.com:2082/

because if you use

http://chopin.x10hosting.com:2082/ you will probably end up on chopin-Dallas (traceroute shows it goes to limestone and checking ns1.x10hosting.com, it gives chopin's old IP).

A friend just confirms that the two methods end up at different sets of files. Hence the first method should be the files on chopin-Chicago

i can acsess the cpanel but cant access my site its weird because i put noobkillers.pcriot.com and it comes up with bing but if i add www. it says that the page cant be displayed.

That is rather common during dns propagation.
Your site have gotten a new IP in the process so it may take some time before it works fully.
