I keep receiving this message and cannot get to my control panel. Please help, it was working fine then it just keeps giving me the message

cPanel cannot be executed standalone. It must be run from cpsrvd or xml-api. This check can be disabled in Tweak Settings. [a fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive]
