cpanel can't be opened, database error connection

i've encountered that my cpanel can't be opened, and my site has database error connection . Thanks for your support.

About Database error: It should be fixed now

About cPanel login: Go to Account panel https://x10hosting.com/control and reset your cPanel password.

For so long time i've been waiting for this hosting to be fixed, unfortunately i forgot my account and password in cpanel . can you help me with it?

Log in here https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php with your forum username and password. Go change or reset your password there. When it asks for previous password, just put in forums password. And then click on Hosting at the top, account details, and the cPanel username is listed there. Actually by the time you get to this step, and the password change completes, just clicking on "Login to cPanel" button in the hosting details page should take you straight into your cPanel.
