Resolved Cpanel/directadmin Access Issue

Dear Admin,

I am trying to login directadmin but does not working. Some times its shows cpanel login button and some times its shows error on button area.
Below is the screen shot

When cpanel button shows when i click on the button it open the new page thats shows below data


Sign in Successful

Please standby while transfer you to your web hosting account.
An error has occurred forwarding your sign in. Retry


a) i had tried Clearing my session cookies and cache
b) i had always login my account and community within 15 days

But still i am not able to login my cpanel, Please help me.

I see no reason why this particular account would not be able to log in. You do have a forum user for that account and you should log in using that since there is no hosting account associated with this user. I'm guessing the firewall has blocked you for failed logins.

I'm requesting an admin review this.

Dear Sir,

Now my account suspended, But i can not understand why.

And if i am trying to submitting the appeal then the next page shows error.

The suspension reason says "Explanation of webhosting use needed", that would indicate you need to explain the purpose of your site and how it works. According to notes site closes or redirects instantly for instance.

Appeal page not accessible, Kindly check my email and un-suspend my account.

Since you sent an email you'll have to wait until the persons with access to those emails see the message.

I personally am not able to view mails sent to that address.

Can you please guide me to get un-suspend, i am not able to submit Appeal and no reply on my email. What to do next???

You could post here, this is a place where all support can see the answer.

I spoke to ones that can view that email and they didn't see any emails about your account at all.
