1) My username/password works for both the main site and the forums, but not on cPanel, which as soon as I click the button tells me my login attempt has failed. Tried changing my password and it changed just fine for the site and the forums, but cPanel will not take it.

2) My Disk Space Usage stats are 0MB Used and 0MB Free.

3) My Bandwidth Usage stats are 0MB Used and 0MB Free.

Thanks in advance for any help provided.

1. Your forum info and your cPanel are not the same. You can get your cPanel info and change your password at http://x10hosting.com/control login with your forum info there.
2&3 it maybe hasn't synced yet.

From control/?account&password:

"This will update your password for every account you have with x10Hosting. Passwords for your client account, cPanel, and our forums will all be updated by this."

Sounds like at least the passwords should be the same, are you saying my cPanel username may be different from my account panel username?

No luck. That was the first thing I tried. It processed instantly, and like I said in the original post the password was successfully changed for account panel and forums, but not for cPanel, even though it would seem that all passwords should be the same.

Hello, I have contacted a account manager and he has set up a restore for your account.. Your account is now restoring and it should be up in 24 hours. You can use your old password to login to your cPanel.
