Edit: title should say “Apache is functioning normally”. Sorry!

Hello-my website is displaying the message “Apache is functioning normally” and not the normal content that it contains. I also get an error when logging into cPanel: “An error has occurred forwarding your sign in. Retry”

Is it possible to take a look when you get a chance? It looks like others may be experiencing similar issues as well. Thank you!

The reason was we actually purged accounts where there was no login made in the past 60 days (the requirement as per ToS is to login once every 30 days), but since we purged without suspending first, we allow a grace period where the accounts can be restored if asked within a week from when termination was made for these accounts.

Your account should now be sorted, please let me know if you find anything that isn't working properly.

Edit: please disregard below message. Everything looks good now. Thank you!

Thanks, Anna. I am still seeing the “Apache is functioning normally” message. Is there anything that I need to do on my end?
