That would be due to the permissions set on the folders, they should be 755 for folders, and 644 for files.
I have corrected the folder permissions for you on those and you should now be able to move them.
I also noticed that you have a couple folders set at 777, that is likely to give an error, especially if they are accessed directly as that is prohibited on the server setup here due to that permission being a security hole. You need to set that at 755 if you get any errors when browsing your site.
