cPanel has no "Getting Started Wizard" or "video tutorials" ?

Was going to show someone how to use cPanel tonight

There is no "Getting Started Wizard" or "video tutorials" in the "Preferences" box

My server is "Absolut" others (by phone) say they have those in their cPanel with accounts on other x10hosting free-hosting servers

Is this something new with x10hosting free-hosting ?

Looks like that was overlooked at setup, I have added those two features for absolut now.
