cpanel issue please help

I have recently signed up to a new account yesterday, when i attempted to try and create a new project with my website, it doesn't add anything to the system also when i attempt to go to the cpanel X3 a new page loads that returns a blank page with the number '0' displayed. I have read a few other threads regarding this issue but cannot find a solution, can someone please assist me with this?

For the time being, I've forcefully set your cPanel's theme to the standard "x3" theme.
