CPanel Kicks

I was just wondering if getting kicked out of my CPanel is a normal thing to happen? I was in the middle of editing some of my forums files when the CPanel just kicked me out, can someone help clear/shed some light on what's going on? (Would rather a support member answer.)

It's possible that your session expired, or were just kicked out for some reason.

This is actually the first time it's happen to me, also I had just logged in so I don't think it was the session expiring.
