cPanel login fail & website has been down for at least 1month now!?!?!

Hi there,

I posted a thread about a week or two ago regarding my free hosting account which you said you had upgraded to a higher priority but nothing has happened since... my website has been down for well over a month now and as a result my position in search engine results has been dropped considerably and also resulting in me loosing alot of potential business...

Now this week i have come to logging into cPanel to see if there has been any updates on my ticket and i can not even login - it just says that my user details are wrong (i have checked and repeated hundreds of times over to make sure im not entering characters wrong)

Please help im a bit stuck with out my website, here are some of my details to help you out:

*username = swlmedia
*domain = www.swlmedia.co.cc

The domain name is not recognised by OpenDNS so the first thing to check is whether you have the nameservers for the domain set to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com.

Edit: Yes, they are set correctly so you will need an admin to look at this.

I apologize for the inconvenience caused, as you may have noticed the support site is currently not accessible and up until recently staff had no way of viewing the old tickets either. I did however reply to your ticket just half an hour or so ago, you should have gotten a mail about that.

Short story: Your account should now be back in order.
