cPanel login failure & suspended a/c

Hi,
Along the lines of many others..

I cannot login to my a/c via the cPanel (http://www.floors-4-u.co.uk:2082/) or http://x10hosting.com/control/login.php

I have also noticed my a/c has been suspended but can't do anything about it as my UN/PW combination which did work does not now.

you can`t access cpanel while your account is Suspended. also Account panel http://x10hosting.com/control/login.php is not fully online for Old clients.

I am notifying staff about that they will get back to you soon

Hello,

I have unsuspended your account, it should be unlocked shortly.
The suspension was for inactivity, to avoid that in the future please remember to login here at the forums at least once every 31 days.
