Cpanel login problems and site problems

Hello, as mentioned in the title, i can't log in to the cpanel. I have checked, and the username password is correct. Also there was an annoucement that all acounts that werent suspended were restored(i had an active account), so does that mean my site should be accessible by now? Because when i visit my page, i get "website specified does not exist". So i am asking, should the site be accessible normally, same question for the cpanel, or the upgrades/maintanence are still going on?
