Cpanel Login

I created my account a couple of hours ago. I am able to login to everything except the control panel. What happened?

if you with control panel mean login at http://securityaddicts.x10hosting.com:2082 or http://starka.x10hosting.com:2082 make sure you are using the correct user name and password. I can tell that at least the user name differs from the one you have here at the forums (you cPanel name is waddicts).

However, if you mean the account panel as in http://www.x10hosting.com/panel.php , make sure you use your forum credentials to login.

Hi, I'm having the same problem. I know for sure that my account name and password differs from my cPanel credentials, but where if anywhere at all can I view, amend or even be reminded of these details?

You can see your cPanel nick and change the password if needed, in your account panel at http://x10hosting.com/panel.php (there's also a link at the top of the forums) - use forum user name and password to login

Thanks for your prompt response LadyAnna, but still no joy:

I've tried logging in with all of the following details listed in my Account Panel:
"Account ID"
"Username"
"Domain"
"Your Website"
Couldn't find anything lebelled "Nick"

Should I have received these details via e-mail when I signed up?:dunno:

the cPanel name is listed as username, sorry for the confusion.

Normally you'd have gotten an e-mail on sign-up with those details, the cPanel nick was chosen during signn-up process. Yours is bigheart.
