Lately, the past 2-3 days I've been experiencing some errors, for e.g
my monthly bandwidth is stuck on 20.04MB and even though I know my website is receiving traffic, its not being logged.
And I think the reason is because my apparently my domain is "not connected" to my cPanel account.
Where as I have a free account, so I use a sub domain from x10hosting, and my domain works fine when I visit it...
What might be causing this? and am sure this might effect my cPanels functionality in other ways
Thanks
my cPanel username: updatem2

I receive the same empty "Latest Visitors Stats" in my cPanel

what I use in cPanel (not x10hosting Basic):
for logs - I download from--> [ Raw Access Logs ] and view at [ Bandwidth ]

We don't give logs. Keep your own. there's tons of analytics software out there.
