cpanel missing when I login

I just created my free hosting site. I added add-on domain and created email accounts. I logged off and now I am unable to bring up the cpanel.

When I login I get :
Welcome back, Marie
Details on your web hosting account are below.

Next to Username and Domain name I get "standby", then "error"

There is no where to click to get access to the cpanel

Appreciate any suggestions to fix this problem. Thanks!

Same here and I created my account 1 month ago it was working then, now it's like this, can't even login through the ftp. But the website is up.

can you try now? I have done a small change on your account, if it turns to be successful I'll do the same for all that has an issue with cpanel login.

I can’t log into CPanel either.

I can log in, and I can access ftp, but attempts to access cpanel result in "this site can't be reached."

I guess I'll add my voice to this as well. Been trying for a few days now. Came here to create a thread and saw that others are having the same issue.

I an having the same problem as well. When I log into /sso/main, I get no access to the cpanel and details on my domain error out when they try to load (I get no message, but the grey button goes from Standby to Error).
I am not able to do anything.
My initial wp site/dashboard is still functional, but I need to get to the admin controls and there is no screen available to get to that...
