Resolved Cpanel not available

After I signed in it shows...
Sign in complete! Redirecting to the control panel..

redirected to this https://xo3.x10hosting.com:2083/login/

but it wont push through.

saying webpage is not available

Im not sure if it is just my net or something wrong with the server

Hi, have you been able to access cPanel from your current computer/network in the past? I'm not seeing any firewall blocks or problems with the server that could be the cause of this. Is it possible that your network doesn't allow outbound HTTP traffic on the non-standard cPanel port 2083? We see this sometimes with work or school networks for some of our users.

Yes I was able to access it before

Im using Chrome and tried accessing it using IE but it has the same error

so I tried using Proxy like
Tiiner = Doesnt work
and others but im stuck at

tried checking it today,

It seems I can access both now,

for some reason it's fixed....
