I wanted to try an SSL Certificate earlier today, but for some reason the security tab on cPanel doesn't have the SSL/TLS option. Is there a way to get my CSR?

The options that are shown are all that exist. I think there are no user configurable settings for the X10 free shared SSL.

So when I begin paying for my site, that option will be available?

let me check my paid site haha

There's no cpanel option for it, but I thought there was a way to do it. This is probably a better question for the support system since I don't think very many people use SSL here. Sorry :(

There are particular features of cPanel that are currently disabled (either temporarily or permanently) on x10Hosting's cPanel. I think I may know what you're basing your previous SSL/TLS experiences on:

So that screenshot proves that you're not going insane, it's just that it's not currently enabled at x10Hosting. If you are in dire need of it, you may want to make a post in the Feedback and Suggestions section requesting it, and it may be honored.
