EDIT: i can view it with a proxy, so i am 99.9% it has something to do with ISP or firewall

Tons of people having the issue.. Oh yeah, only the people who fail to login 15+ times. If *tons* of people were having this issue you would see about 500 threads from people complaining how they can't login to their cPanel.

no, i mean logging into my site. alot of the people i know who used to visit my site for various reasons had the problem as well, but i lucky few didnt. IDK, it might be the isp, the majority of people i know have roadrunner, and proxies work fine. roadrunner is gay you know. and btw, the site is completely unresponsive to anything, ftp, and all, the cpanel doesnt show. but nothing on your side, its ours.
