cPanel not working

I login into my account and try to open cpanel but I can't always redirect me to the same page where the quick ftp and cpanel button located.

Hi,

You should be able to go to cPanel by clicking on the blue "Open cPanel" button, as you described. Are you seeing something different when you click on that?

This is the panel I can't see icons or anything else, when I tried to click any option available always returning to the second image where the open cpanel button I can continue clicking other options and it's the same result a loop to the same place

Please can you try clicking the "Switch Theme" button in the top-right corner, and choose "Switch to cPanel x3"?

That's really unusual; what web browser are you using? Could a browser extension be interfering?

I'm using chrome right now but I tested it on vivaldi, opera, firefox, edge and IE same results

I really need help with this I need to check a couple a DNS records and I'm not able to do it almost 2 month with this issue, what can I do ?
