CPanel Password

Hello,

I Change cPanel password from control panel but the change seems not to take effect.

Do you receive an error message when changing it? Or can you just not login to your cPanel account..

When I changed the password
message was "Account password request sent successfully."

and the bottom status is updated

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
the change occurring time submitted status
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
cPanel account password reset 10:28 am today queue insertion
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

when I select Change cPanel Password again from "Account Options"
the status is empty
How do I know the status of my "cPanel account password reset" queue status

I takes some time since the password must be changed in all systems. Usually, it takes less than 6 hours.

Hello,

I'm sorry but your account was lost during the server transfers due to a certain cPanel bug which resulted in us losing a lot of accounts. If you wish, you can signup for a new account and restore any backups that you might have. We no longer have backups of the previous server, so any data that you might have had with us, has been lost.
