My correct password is invalid to log into C Panel.

Then perhaps you try with the wrong username, it is NOT the same as your forum username, and it is not your email address as you use for account panel either (you can see what it is in your account panel under hosting).
You could also try with changing your password through the account panel under "Account -> Update password".
