cPanel Problem

Hi! Im trying to login to the cPanel and it gives me Timeout error... It's been doing this now and then and i dont know what the problem is... Im using stoli server. Also a friend of mine told me that this also occure to starka server... If you know any thing about this please help me out! Thanks in advance!

Stoli seems to be loading fine, can you please try access it using a proxy like http://hidemyass.com

it seams that from the pc i am i can not connect through 2083... i am at my uni so it must be something like proxy related problems? :s

Hello,

This is correct. Universities and schools usually block all ports except for those required for functionality of the web. They also usually blacklist any hosting services and other misc websites which are deemed not fit for use at the campus.
