CPanel Problem

I'm trying to get logged in my CPanel Account. I've not changed my password, and I'm not allowed to enter. It show's a message saying "Login Attempt Failed!".

Then I entered my username (matiq) in the Password Reset box. I recieved the following message:

Password Reset
Resetting password for matiq: A confirmation email has been sent to the email address on file.​

A confirmation mail arrived to me with 2 links (one http and the other a secure one, but the same address). When I clicked it, I recieved a message just lik the next one:

Password Reset
Password change cannot be completed: Account is currently suspended! Please contact the billing/support department.​

I can acces my website, and my account without any problem (by http), but since now, I'm not able to get in by ftp. My account satus is Unsuspended. Of course my old password has been automatically reseted by CPanel, but I can't get the new one.

P.S.: the Stoli server has just been restarted (it seems to), but all this happened before.

Maybe there is some bug with the reset thing?

I read somewhere you have to reset the pass from your account panel and not cpanel
