Hi guys does the free hosting come with "Cpanel WHM" ?

and does it come on the paid for hosting of $9 a month ?

It doesn't come with it on the free or paid services because it's only a shared hosting account. But, if you WHM I suggest you buy a VPS from us http://x10vps.com/ it has WHM..
