cPanel wont load!!!!

When i try to go to cPanel it doesn't load completely and i get a blank page!
Also my website times out and gives me a 522 error...graphicalyzer.x10.mx
For information...i am on the Illuminate server and i use Cloudflare on my site.
Please advice!

Sorry. If you have an illuminated account, it's not linked to your hosting account-your forum account is linked to your premium account.

I'm looking into illuminated now. it appears to be offline. I'll update you when I have more information.

I have both Premium and Illuminate accounts...on Premium i have megathemer.net and on Illuminate i have graphicalyzer.x10.mx
And i don't know either because when i try to login in my Illuminate portal/account it leads me to the Premium account and tell me i already have Premium lol!
