I am getting the same message as many other people when I attempt to access Control Panel:

The https://x10hosting.com/sso/login has recently been redirecting to
https://x10hosting.com/sso/main/caf when the cpanel button is clicked.
this has happened with all free account servers.

For users:
you can try to login to https://x??.x10hosting.com:2222/ to login,
(x?? is your server, like x12, x13, x14, x15 etc)
you should use your forum login for this page (no e-mail address)
remember, it is not the proper way to login. only a temporary resolve.
this is only a temporary way to access directadmin.

if you dont know what your server is, go to the page with the cpanel button,
then click ftp details and that should show you what your server is.

Can't login in there either.

This sucks. Now my IP is blocked. I got one day off decided to work on a site. Nope.

Same problem as every one else having, but I can't log in using alternative method either.

• Username: russian7

• Your Domain: http://russianmichigan.x10host.com/

• Server: x12.x10hosting.com (Port 21)

And after so many unsuccessful login attempts "Your IP is blacklisted".

if your ip is blocked you will have to wait for staff to help you.
only they can unblock you.

Please how can i solve ?
The subdomain is: rmestation.x10host.com and the external domain is www.rmestation.tk (all works well, except for the cpanel button)

Hi folks, I am getting this error on trying to get to the Direct Admin page from https://x10hosting.com/sso/login.

This is happening for my jolazox1 user and for my wife's website (which i troubleshoot for) user = primord2

the error message occurs when I hit the "Open cPanel" button and reads:

Hello Paul.
If you are on x13 (for example) you can try : "hppts://x13.x10hosting.com:2222/" if you're on x11, replace the "x13" by "x11", ect.
