Cpanel works, site is down

I have been logging in to my Cpanel every two weeks to keep my classroom website active. I am able to connect to my site via ftp. Are there server issues that are keeping my website from being visible? Or, what else would be responsible for the site being down?

There was an issue with Level's web server affecting connections on this particular server. I've restarted Level's web server and it now appears to be working again. Thank you for reporting this.

level server is still under trouble. even site cant open less than 1 minutue. softaculos cant install subdomain blog etc. cpanel and everything works too much slow.

On the one hand, I'm a bit relieved it's not just me, as I don't want to lose another web page ( happened once before on here when it kept telling me there was no memory left, even after I deleted everything).... on the other hand I wanted to update some stuff on my site, and can't
