Sorry if I'm jumping in but might be realted?
Is this problem the same as what['s causing the "Unable to create SiteBuilder user (2)." whenever trying to start anythign new with site builder? Not been able to use it for over a month

No. That is a separate issue. However, we do not know if we are going to be able to continue to support RVSiteBuilder.

ahh- thanks for letting me know.Is it the same for paid accounts? I was thinking about buying a proper site and hosting, but that was because of the excellent site builder - as I am totally lame at coding myself lol

We are currently supporting it on one of our paid servers (SO1).

I'm still finding out if we're going to support it on free.
