Hi,

I can not get logged into my Cpanel. It tells me either me username or password is inccorect but it is the same username and password as I used to log into x10hosting.com. Also I have a domain name with GoDaddy and some reason they keep telling me that the name servers are wrong I have taken the same name servers I found on the help section (ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com) Can someone please help me with this!

Hello, what is the exact error you are getting with the nameservers?

Your cPanel credentials are different from your x10 forum credentials. You cPanel username is jessica and you can change your cPanel password at http://x10hosting.com/panel.php?resetpasswd
