Just in case you have mistakenly known the wrong username, make sure you are logging in with cPanel username danny696. Your cPanel username is case-sensitive, so make sure you use all lower-case letters.

2 things, how do i clear my cache and it just says Login Attempt Failed! ill try to change my pw see if that works

The method to clear your cache depends on the browser you are using. Also, make sure that you login at http://starka.x10hosting.com:2082/

to clear your cache. If you use the IE goto tools and Internet Properties and then click the delete button in the section of browing History.

If firefox then in tools menu click clear recent history.
