:frown: I've reset my password, now I get Login Attempt Failed! instead of "Server busy" that I got yesterday... is there any staff member that could have a look at my account? I can't do anything without cpanel access.

Probably still your username/password is wrong.

Double check that everything is correct and exact, as cPanel is case sensitive

I log into the forums and the account panel with that new password... just not working for that cpanel login page.
I press the ''Login to cPanel" button then I see "Login Attempt Failed!" right away without entering username & pass so something is wrong with that automatic login. I cant login manually there.

Didn't we all move to fris? I'm on that now according to the Hosting Account Management page.
The 'Login to cPanel' button takes me to https://fris.x10hosting.com:2083/login/ so that looks right.

No, not everyone moved to fris.

Fris has all the transfers from Absolut, and is currently being assigned new signups.

Its only because of the problems that it seems like it's only fris.

Plus, we wouldn't be able to fit 1/10 of our total users on one server!

Cool, it's fixed now, was able to get into cpanel and add the sql redirects.

update: :'( site was working for a bit but now I get the default error page again... I'll check later... maybe I need to put back the htaccess file once more.

update2: site works when I type index.php in the address field, so yeah, looks like the htaccess file is altered again.

update3: weird, putting back my htaccess file didn't fix it...

Can't access to my cPanel via Free Account Management Panel, nor via "ttps://fris.x10hosting.com:2083/login/"... i got "Login Attempt Failed!" from both!

Can't access to my website... i got "Database Error: Unable to connect to the database:Could not connect to database"
