My cpanel is a blank page and I can not add extensions because it says I am out of space and web pages keep giving errors.

If your account is more than 7 days old and everything is within the terms of service, you can request unmetered space. If it's less than 7 days old (sorry, I can't check that), then you'll need to wait to make the request.

Hi,

It looks like you have hit the maximum number of inodes permitted on a free hosting account. This is the total number of files and directories that are stored on your account. On our free hosting service, this is capped at 50,000 inodes.

There is an issue with our x10Hosting Basic theme, where a blank page is displayed when you have hit your inode limit. I have manually switched your account to the cPanel x3 theme, which you could use to remove any files you don't need. :)

Thank you,

I believe I have the same problem after attempting to restore my site from a local backup. I believe I have uploaded to many files and now the cPanel page is blank, so I can't access the File Manager. Please help.

Even if your account is upgraded for unmetered disk space, the 50,000 inode limit would still apply. Since your account is now using 30,000 (out of a maximum of 50,000) inodes, you should no longer be facing issues with the inode limit. :)

If you still wish to request unmetered disk space, you would need to wait until you are using at least 50% of your current disk space limit. ;)

Your account has hit its disk limit of 512MB. I have switched your account to the cPanel x3 theme manually, so you can now access cPanel again. It looks like some of your space is being used by backups; perhaps you could delete them to help free some space? :)

Thank you,

Thanks. I can now access the File Manager - and yes - I shall delete some backups.
Thanks for your prompt response.
