im i the only one not able to log in to my cpanel?

ive just signed up today but cant get to the cpanel to upload files

when i click link for cpanel i just get connection refused so i presume the server is down

i know theres problems on that server but the server status got green lights on them all

When you post a help request, please give us some basic details such as your domain, whether it be a x10hosting one or a paid one, also let us know what server you are on, and your cPanel username.

I can connect to that address, can you please go to http://whois.sc and type in your IP address, once the search is done please copy and paste the information.
