create a subdomain on parked domain, without subdomain on main domain

Can I create a subdomain on parked domain, without any subdomain that in main domain?
Example:
Domain main: xxx.x10.mx
Parked Domain: mydomain.com
[I even had redirect from Domain main to Parked Domain]

Create sub-domains: sub.mydomain.com
Without having sub-domains: sub.xxx.x10.mx

Short answer: No, you can't have one without the other.

If you create a subdomain of a park domain, that should work just fine without any subdomain if the main domain (at least no subdomain for the main domain was created when I tested just now on my account).
